We will contact you to confirm the reservation ASAP. You do not have to sign or log in. You will be sent a preliminary e-mail confirmation of your reservation. If you need to change or cancel the reservation please give us a call at the following number: 222 36 36 47. If you cancel your reservation in less than 24 hours before your arranged time, your voucher will expire.
We accept cash, credit cards or you can pay on-line through ‚GoPay‘once you’ve submitted your reservation.
Please just arrive at the scheduled hour and you would still have enough time to enjoy the atmosphere.
Sport/casual wear and no high heel shoes. The temperature inside the exit room is around 20 degrees all year.You will not get dirty and the escape isn’t physically demanding. Just do not forget to bring your glasses, if you need any.
We rate this game 8+. Nevertheless, children up to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult. But we are working on a new exit game especially designed for kids.
None of the members are required to speak Czech. There are no language barriers in the room. You only need your wits, common sense and creativity.
While you are inside the room, you are entitled to get hints at any time. The guide monitors your steps on the screen in order to provide you with appropriate help whenever needed.
Once your exit the game, you are not allowed to return and continue playing.
